Multiple Orders & Extra Postage Policy

If you place multiple orders, don’t worry — any extra postage you pay will be converted into 3 bonus Lucky Coins, which will be dropped into the pusher machine on your behalf.
Any coins pushed out will be yours to keep.

For example, if your previous order has not yet been shipped and you place another order, you will receive 15 game coins to be dropped into the machine, with a guaranteed minimum of 8 coins returned.

If any coins are pushed and fall off the edge, you have two options:

1️⃣ Your coins will be sent to you shortly. We send out parcels via the Australia post every Monday and Friday,
OR
2️⃣ Convert them into points to redeem for other prizes later!

Game Cycle & Order Rules

Each game round lasts 45 minutes. At the beginning of each round, 30 coins will be dropped as a warm-up.

All players may place orders during the 45-minute game window. Orders will be processed in the order they are received.

After the 45 minutes, the game enters a 15-minute Ultra Time.
During Ultra Time, only players who placed an order during the initial 45 minutes may continue to place additional orders.
Orders placed by new players during Ultra Time will be processed in the next game round.

👉 Please make sure to place your order before the main round ends.

Point Redemption Policy

Points are earned exclusively through coin drops in the pusher machine game. Each type of coin corresponds to a specific point value:

• Florin: 7 points

• Crown: 20 points

• Coronation $2 coin: 10 points

• Donation Dollar/Dinosaur Dollar: 3 points

• Other colored $2 coins: 1 point

Points are linked to the player’s mobile number and can only be redeemed by the original player.
Points are non-transferable and do not expire.
